As we close out 2020 and prepare for what lies ahead in 2021 it gives us reason and opportunity to reflect on the blessings that I and my family have enjoyed in the last year – and our Skyway built home is surely on that list. It was a complex custom build for customers who were involved and had high standards. There were plenty of challenges associated with a custom build such as ours, compounded by the fact that it was in a new intercostal community with many peculiar and evolving HOA related restrictions and county-based mandates. The entire Skyway team was involved in, and focused on, problem solving and the primary objective of building a quality home and providing great customer service. We now have occupied our home for a year have a year’s worth of living experience to say we love it, we feel it is of the best quality workmanship and materials and any issue we encountered, The Skyway team and their subs have been responsive. Thank you to all that were involved in building a house that we are proud to call our home.

We have built four other homes in the past but none come close to the experience we received by all the Skyway staff as well as every subcontractor. Our new home built by Skyway Builders is by far a great job done by a great team. They were cooperative, friendly and built the exact house they said they would up front prior to our signing a contract. Kevin (Project Manager) offered suggestions and was very helpful during the entire build process. He knows his job and does it well. Daryld (Trim Carpenter) did a great job on all the woodwork in the home. We have received compliments from all our friends on the craftsmen ship and detail put into our home. Stan & Igor (Painters) did an excellent job both inside and outside the home. We are happy with our choice for a builder and can not be happier with our Skyway Home. We would highly recommend Skyway Builders to anyone interested in building a new home.
