Why are we here?

Simple: Traditional real estate agents hate selling new construction homes. Builders make it difficult to compare communities and plans. We didn't like that. We founded NewHomesMate to make it easy for people just like you to find, compare, and purchase the right new home in the perfect community.

But why new construction?

Because we believe new construction offers the best possible combinations of benefits, especially for first-time homebuyers (The people we most like to help the most). You get a warranty so there are no surprise costs for repairs, builders are willing to work with you to get mortgage challenges addressed, and you get to pick the features that make a house your home.

Our founding story

TLDR: Dan and Sofia saw how confusing it was to buy a new construction home, so they decided to fix it. Every company starts somewhere, and our story started with serial entrepreneurs Dan and Sofia's previous work building software for the construction industry.
