AffluencyHomes is a Wholly-Owned portfolio company of Exodus Capital, LLC (“the Fund”), a real estate investment fund registered in Texas with a focus on investing in both commercial and residential real estate. The company has been in business since 2012 and is continuing to grow. Upon inception, AffluencyHomes proactively partnered with two seasoned homebuilders; Nauls Inc., to build homes in the Houston area and Axxium Custom Homes to build homes in the DFW area, particularly in McKinney’s Craig Ranch Community.
