I went under contract in Sept 2020 with the hopes of closing in Jan 2021. Who knew that COVID would have been such a big player in causing massive delays. Needless to say it took 14 months to close. During this time the Beazer team kept me up-to-date sometimes even when there was no update but they kept the lines of communication open. Stephanie Cox was a rock star ensuring I received my status call every Thursday. It made the wait less stressful. I finally closed and I love my new home and couldn’t be happier.
