Green Brick has supported them in growth. Challenger Homes starts by developing the land, building the homes, and selling those homes, doing quality checks all throughout the process, and taking care of the customer after they close. They are a Colorado-based company, locally owned and based out of Colorado Springs, that builds homes all across El Paso County, in all different price points, from first-time homeowners to families building their forever homes.

My husband and I have been amazed by the customer service Challenger Homes provided from day 1! We highly recommend working with Josh Chevalier! Josh provides top-notch service and we can tell he loves what he does! He advocates for even the little details and his communication is phenomenal! We have heard of people building with other companies that only hear a couple times from the staff during the process. With Challenger Homes, you get to feel like you are there for each step of the building process! Josh sent us pictures and updates each week from the moment they broke ground! I felt bad that there were several times that my husband and I sent texts to Josh with questions or recommendations, but Josh was always friendly as well as quick to respond! Josh- We are so grateful we had the opportunity to work with you! Emily at the design center is amazing!! She is talented and great about letting you decide what is best for you, but also very present to guide you through any questions! We sent her a few emails after meeting with her and she was very responsive! Thank you Emily! We also enjoyed working with Luke, Doug and Devlin!! They all are so friendly! They also are great advocates and a huge part of making sure everything during the home building process exceeds standards and expectations! We see Luke out rounding on the homes and working from early morning to late evenings! Doug, Devlin and Luke all gave us tips on how we can help care for our home from the fence, to the counters, etc! Thank you all! We appreciate each of you! Lastly, we cannot thank all the builders and crew enough! They built the home of our dreams! We came out to see the home site during the holidays and there were so many people working even on holidays. The builders and crew work from early morning to late evenings…we know they sacrifice time with family and friends to make so many people’s dreams come true!! Also our house is well insulated so we often forget they are building right across the street from us! Thank you all!! We bought a home from this builder and we are very happy. Our home finished on the targeted time and Alison Parish was very good at keeping us in the communication loop and keeping us informed every step of the way. We appreciate her professionalism and good products as a result. There were a couple of things that needed repairing after moving in. The building team was very responsive. We are very happy with their service and the final results.
