In 2010 they had the opportunity to start Classica Homes. They had always talked about creating an amazing homebuilding company which could focus tightly on being the best. Their mission was to create a small niche of remarkably designed luxury homes, giving c...lients the experience they’d want if they were building and at the same time not make luxury equate to simply being expensive. They formed Classica with 16 Team members. All of them worked together previously for years and represented the best of the best in the industry. This let hit the ground running and play to strengths, giving clients a great experience and bringing to them the most inspired home designs with outstanding quality. They value relationships and people, more than they value trying to save a nickel on the cost of a commodity.
