David Patterson, born and raised in Forsyth County, has been building custom and semi-custom homes in Atlanta and on Lake Lanier for more than 15 years. During this time, David has continued to perfect his craftsmanship skills while overseeing the construction of 100 plus homes for several regional and national home builders in the metro Atlanta area. In 2015, David and Lauren started David Patterson Homes. With Lauren’s flair for design and David’s extensive building experience, they vowed to create a company dedicated to building beautiful homes that set them apart from other new construction, while providing an exceptional experience for every customer from start to finish. David and Lauren understand that building a new home can be stressful and overwhelming. Anyone will tell you building can be a nightmare.... BUT I have to disagree. I can’t say enough great things about PFH. We are in the early construction period and David has been AMAZING to work with. The whole team has been so helpful while we get our land situation figured out, and he has helped us with house plans and explained the confusing kinks to set us up for success! I’ve toured so many of his completed homes and it was a no-brainer deciding who to go with for our builder. The quality, architecture, appliances and small details make all the difference and customer service is top notch! We are so excited to partner with PFH and finish our home.
