Building during historic times where supply chain and labor shortage issues were the norm can be frustrating, but our sales rep and building manager were professional every step of the way. They did their best to manage expectations and let us vent when needed about the delays they had no control over. In the end, they delivered an amazing new home. I really appreciated the pride our building manager had in the home he delivered to us. It told me he cared about our home as much as we did.
