I built with Jacob Custom Homes from 2020-2022, and had an overwhelmingly positive experience. I built from **, so I had to rely upon videos and photos to see the progress. **** Jacob and his staff were always there to answer my questions, make changes, etc. We were quoted an accurate move in date, and JCH has been great with punch list items. This is the second home I have built, and it is never a seamless process. All issues have been managed in a timely manner however, and JCH made sure that my contractors came back as many times as needed to make things right. I now live in the custom home of my dreams and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this builder.
