Jon Vansant is a Georgia state-licensed builder and general contractor with over 15 years of experience in residential construction. Very surprised with the bad review below. New Towne Builder was the most accommodating builder I have ever worked with. Standard features for them are upgrades in every other community I’ve seen. The entire process from choosing a lot to closing went very smoothly. Overall, my family had an amazing experience building our dream home with New Towne Builder, and our house was even completed 2 weeks prior to anticipated, which is unheard of with new construction!
