Oaxaca’s focus has been and continues to be on the Urban Core of key high-g...rowth Texas markets (Dallas, Ft. Worth, and San Antonio). Its goal is to improve the surrounding area and positively contribute to each community. Oaxaca Interests was founded by Brent Jackson in 2007 when he first planted a flag in West Dallas. Jackson pioneered the redevelopment and rehabilitation of the district now known as Sylvan | Thirty. Largely ignored by developers, Jackson saw an opportunity within a deserving community. Over a decade later, the entire area has been transformed to a vibrant, family-centric neighborhood in part due to Jackson’s unique, forward-thinking vision.
