Founded by Anthony “Barrett” Owens and William “Kurt” Warford in 2016. Barrett and Kurt combine a unique level of expertise and experience in production and custom building as well as all aspects for real estate finance, development, marketing and constructio...n in both the commercial and residential space. Our passion evolves around people and making a difference. Barrett and Kurt are cousins by marriage and focus on Christ and Family first. Barrett Owens started in the building industry at the age of 14 working for a local framer in the McKinney Area and grew his expertise as a builder and a financial expert over the past 20 years – building custom homes, running and rehabilitating a national bank and developing Owens Realtors, LLC (operated by his wife Paige) and Capacity Lending, LLC.
