Working with Rivermont Homes was a breeze. We purchased a spec home so did not go through the building process with them but our interactions with them were great. They helped us create a punch list of items to be fixed before we closed and had everything finished for our move in. We purchased our new home from Rivermont Homes in November 2020 and we are very happy with the quality of the home and our location of Coopers Ridge. Our neighbors here are super nice and we are looking forward to getting together with them this summer. The schools in this area are top notch and the location to Lake Lanier is perfect for us. We looked at several new-build homes prior to purchasing with Rivermont but we were generally not happy with the quality or the tiny lots of many new homes on the market.

Thirty years ago my husband and I built a home in a subdivision and swore NEVER NEW CONSTRUCTION AGAIN. Then in December of 2020 we found a RIVERMONT HOMES subdivision we really liked and a floor plan we loved. In January 2021 we signed a contract for new construction. COVID delayed completion a little but it was definitely worth the wait. Listing agent Sharon made our selection fast & easy and was always available to answer questions. Jeff, Trey, Jason & Roger were so easy to work with, so accommodating & we absolutely LOVE our new home. I highly recommend RIVERMONT HOMES for any new construction. A much more personal experience than new construction with a “big box” developer.
