I have a background in construction and built our last house of 20 years with a dear friend. After looking at numerous model homes from various builders, it was obvious that Shea Homes knows how to construct a quality home with workmanship that was far beyond the competitors. I also noticed other builders luring you in with low base pricing, only to see 3 times the typical mark up on upgrades in the design centers. This isn't something we experienced with Shea. Mark ups were very reasonable on upgrades, quality of craftmanship was above par and customer service was outstanding. Even with all the supply/worker issues that Covid brought, Shea stood by the original move in date which was really surprising. I can't say enough about how professional and courteous my Superintendent Jason was and also how our customer service rep James handled everything in stride with a smile. You just don't see this level of support very often these days. It's been over 30 days since our move in date and things are going great. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Shea Homes.
