I absolutely love my home that I built with Skobel Homes! It is beautiful and the quality of the home is great! I enjoyed the whole process of picking out all of my options and finishes. There are lots of energy efficient features too. The community also includes all the yard maintenance, high speed internet, cable tv, and there is a clubhouse with a pool and playground that my kids really enjoy. There was still some touch up paint that needed to be done on closing day, but they completed it the next day.

I want to highlight several things I like the Skobel's home (at the grand preserve). The inside design and the outside landscape are both nice and pleasant. The heat isolation is great, when it is about 50F outside, it can still be 74F+ inside without using air-conditioning. Their Sales, Janelle, is super professional, responsive, and knowledgable! Other team members, Adam, Michael, Barry are all very responsive and helpful! So far I have very good experience with the Skobel home!
