It's very difficult to build a home and watch its progress when you live 1500 miles away...Inna made the purchase go very smoothly and was always available when we called or flew down to visit family. She made us feel like family and our experience was made all the better for it. Howard has to be one of the best construction foremen we have ever worked with. He not only completed our home in record time, but kept us apprised of every aspect of its construction... I can understand why people were telling us that Southern Homes is one of the best builders in Florida. Our new home is absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be more pleased with it.
