Alex and Courtney have a storied history in r...esidential construction, development and homebuilding. They first met in Athens, Georgia, while Courtney was attending The University of Georgia and Alex was at Georgia Tech. After college, they were led back to each other through homebuilding. Courtney, following in her father’s banking footsteps, had been a construction lender but always had a bent to run her own business building houses. Alex, already running his own homebuilding company for a few years, offered to show her the ropes. Courtney and Alex formed a building company and built 14 homes together. At the end of it, they were in love with the homebuilding business. And each other.
