Indian Trail Townhomes will offer both 2 and 3-story townhomes  

The 24' townhome product consists of two 2-story townhome plans, the Aspen and Alpine. Both plans include 3 bedrooms and are at least 1800+ square feet. Standard features include beautiful kitchens with generously sized island and cabinetry, a multi-functional loft and multiple walk-in closets. 

The 3-story townhomes are part of our 21' townhome product series which include the Vail II and Breckenridge II. These popular plans are best known for their open concept, dual owner's suites and 2-car garages.
