Talia by Cadence Homes

Cadence Homes is excited to start building in the new master planned community, Talia, a 612-acre new-home community in Mesquite, Texas. The one and two-story townhomes offer comfort and sophistication, low-maintenance and are built with timeless architecture with customers in mind. Included in Talia’s master plan are pocket parks and more than 30 miles of trails, including nearly three miles of unpaved nature trails and another three miles of a 12-foot-wide trail that will wind around a community lake.
