Tax details: Instead of an HOA, the Metro District will include landscape maintenance of communal areas. Homeowners will pay an operation and maintenance fee to the Metro District of $1,200 annually. All Kitchel Lake homeowners will be individually responsible for all services to their residence, including, but not limited to, landscaping, water/sewer, gas, electricity, cable/satellite, Internet, telephone, etc. Homeowners will pay a non-potable fee of approximately $445-$585 annually depending on the size of the lot.
