Harvest Green
Community by Partners in Building
Named after the little creek that flows north to south through land, Fulshear Run is a community of new homes built with an appreciation for the abundance of natural features in midst. Rolling hills lead to Bessie’s Creek. There are ponds and woods, prairies and pastures and plenty of massive trees.
A glance at the plat of Fulshear Run will show you that open spaces, green and growing places and paths for roaming and discovering are central to Partners in Building's master plan. There are ample acres of community open spaces, flanked by miles of natural hiking trails and walking/cycling trails. These trails will eventually link to Fulshear’s proposed citywide system.
For your pleasure, and in keeping with nature, we’ve added people-friendly features like Song Bird Park, Fish Lake Park, a wifi hut, and an observation hill. You’ll also love Fulshear Run’s “signature” touches like birdhouse village, picnic areas and olive groves and vineyards.
