Seminole Palms
Community by Ryan Homes
Palm Coast Plantation is one of Flagler County's most sought after gated communities. Found on the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Coast Plantation also boasts the 126-acre freshwater Emerald Lake - both with community access so residents can enjoy fishing, boating and nature without leaving home. There are also two on-site boat and RV storage areas.
The activities abound in Palm Coast Plantation with two soft cushion and two hard surface tennis courts, a basketball court, and areas for shuffleboard, horseshoes and pickleball all surrounded by spotlights for all day play. The junior size Olympic pool overlooks the lake and features a heated spa and separate children's pool. The clubhouse contains a fitness room, game room, social room and large screened in lanai and plays hosts to community events throughout the year.
Outside of the community, you’ll find access to some of the best shopping and dining in the area. Palm Coast Plantation is just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and Flagler Beach which offers an abundance of shopping, dining and recreational facilities. Nature lovers will enjoy the easy access to the Graham Swamp Preserve and Lehigh Trails located directly across from the community – both offering the opportunity to observe the rich wildlife found in Florida.
