Banyan Bay, a newly established gated community with many open amenities, including a relaxing lakeside clubhouse, heated pool, and fitness center, is located on 250 acres of natural preserves. Here you will also find several scenic walking paths that lead to the St. Lucie River banks and a kayak launch dock. Surprisingly, the HOA fee is relatively low, and there is no CDD.
The newest phase includes a small enclave of homesites and five single-family floorplans. All homes have tile roofs, impact windows, and several beautiful color palettes and design options.
Located in a prime location, Banyan Bay is fifteen minutes from several area beaches and recreation spots; and about five minutes from I95 and the Florida Turnpike. You'll enjoy the convenience of several stores and specialty shops nearby, too.
As a resident of Banyan Bay, you'll have access to everything from championship golf courses to the best in watersports, recreation, and dining, and it's all within a five-mile radius. Surrounded by water, Stuart is the Sailfish Capital of the World, a great place to line up a day aboard a local charter boat or cast your line out from a local pier or riverbank.
If you enjoy waterfront dining, live music, and shows, head to downtown Stuart. You'll love the scenic riverfront boardwalk, outdoor concerts, Sunday morning farmers' market, and cafes'. With so much to offer, it's no wonder Stuart was recently named among the "South's Best Small Towns' by Southern Living magazine.
