Avalon Crossing offers several floorplans, including several one-and-two-story single-family homes and a spacious, low-maintenance open-concept villa. There's a beautiful pool area with a cabana, too. The monthly homeowner's association fee is relatively low, and there is no CDD, making homeownership within reach and, in most instances, more affordable than renting.
There are several open-concept floorplans and your choice of several design options and color palettes. Floorplans range from 1,302 sq. ft. to 1,895 sq. ft., with a two-car garage. All homes include appliances, and many have flex rooms and lofts, perfect for a home office or play area. All homesites include a backyard area, too.
ABOUT THE AREA Area beaches are gorgeous and the perfect setting for a day of sunshine and relaxation. In addition, there are several golf courses and places to throw out a line when the fish are biting. The revitalized waterfront in downtown Fort Pierce features several waterfront restaurants, a farmer's market, a full-service marina, and shops. You can even catch a show at the historic Sunrise Theatre. If you're in the mood for some shopping, head to Tradition in Port St. Lucie, where you'll find countless brand-name stores and retail shops. Plus, convenience stores, large retailers, and food markets are just minutes away.
