It is uniquely designed, which is what we were searching for in a new home. They are meticulous about their build. Down to every detail including the interior design. Our home was built by Cason Graye from 2018-2019. We had a very positive experience and love our home. Our Project Manager was Brad Koenig, and he was excellent. Three years later we had a problem related to a shower pan leak. Our entire shower and floor were replaced (of course as well as the shower pan). Cason Graye took complete responsibility for rectifying the problem, without any hesitation. Brad Koenig was involved throughout, but the person who worked consistently on the shower redo was Jonas Rodriguez, who was also an incredible Project Manager. Like Brad, Jonas has so much expertise, and he is so professional. He was in constant communication and made sure that he was here as steps were taken to fix this issue. Jonas listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and made us feel comfortable with understanding what was being done. We had many questions, and Jonas was always patient with us. He wanted to make sure that everything was done correctly. We are very happy with the results. We highly recommend Cason Graye Alair. We are delighted with our new home and appreciative of the expertise and integrity of the company.
