Brancer Homes are home building experts who understand that collaboration and communication are keys to a successful build. Brancer Homes is a division of United Contracting Group, Inc. (UCG). Both companies originated in Denver, North Carolina and are owned by husband and wife, Bobby and Jessica Tucker, who are native to the area. Bobby started in this field at a young age helping his Dad build homes. He grew to love building and at 18 opened his own construction company, UCG. By 21, Bobby’s company, UCG, had successfully grown, and began to specialize in framing and interior specialties on commercial projects for nationally recognized companies - Bojangles, Chick-fil-a, KFC, Darden Restaurants and many more. ​ Years went by operating a very successful company within the commercial side of the construction industry, but Bobby never lost sight or forgot about his passion for the residential side of the trade. In early 2017, after Bobby and Jessica had built their first home together, Bobby reconnected with his love of the trade while Jessica experienced a whole new element to her design passion. That same year, Brancer Homes was born and their goal of being able to provide a quality service/product for those looking to build their forever dream home had finally come to fruition.
