My family and I just moved in to our new home. I worked directly with Jeremiah Smith as my Realtor and was very pleased. The entire process from contracting to closing went very smoothly. Jeremiah was responsive and followed up on anything I brought to his attention. We've had a few minor things come up and everyone has stayed on top of ensuring it was corrected, especially Savannah. My client closed on her home at the end of June. Kenneth was a pleasure to work with. He always made sure to give us updates on the home through the construction stages. If he could not answer my question, he made every effort to find the answer and get back with me promptly. This market has made it very hard for new construction builders to complete their homes on time with shortages in material and labor. I believe they made every effort to get my client's home completed as fast as they could and they did a wonderful job! My client loves her new home! Post-closing, Kenneth still takes the time out to assist in answering our questions! 10/10 would recommend my buyers to have their home built with them again.
