They not only build nice homes but I have known the owner Scott since the early 90s. They also have storage buildings and a RV storage facility . And really good people that own and run the place.

THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This team is truly a Godsend! From the day I inquired at 1030pm...the next morning I received a call from the greatest realtor I've ever me, Cristal. We were able to move quickly , which is what I loved as well. Scott blew me away with his attention to detail, advice, vision, kindness, and truly caring about making our home what we wanted. There was never a time day or night that someone did not quickly answer questions, clarify things, give frequent updates, and explanations. It was amazing and an experience like never before. They are very team oriented and transparent. I loved their honesty and warmth. Kim, the office manager, was also so organization and pleasant. Every single person regardless if they are a direct team member or subcontractor that worked on the home were amazing from start to finish! We are now blessed to have the most amazing home and I tell people everyday how great this team is and the experience you get. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful home that is truly built with percision and by a great team to buy a Bailee Custom Home.

We had a home built by bailee custom homes, we love it our experience was awsome. Attention to detail and craftsmanship is over the top.i would highly recommend this builder. Absolutely loved the experience. Any problems you have scott mauldin takes care of it, if not his awsome secretary kim handles it.
