Brightwater is currently building in six Atlanta area neighborhoods with prices from the $500s to over $2 million, as well as in three neighborhoods in Charleston, SC. The Brightwater team also serves individual custom home clients in select locations.

Brightwater Homes built our house in Sweet Apple subdivision in Milton in 2020/2021. Everyone from Brightwater was focused on delivering a unique high quality home. There were some ups and downs, but in the final analysis we are very pleased with the product and would absolutely use them again. On the up side, the people were truly geared up to working with us on designing and then building a high quality home. Thanks to Wynn for answering all of our calls and emails, to Kristen for designing a beautiful home, to Catherine for designing a cool interior, to Stephen for ordering and coordinating much in the background, and to Mike, Frank, and Jose for building the home. We had high expectations and are very detail oriented, and the Brightwater team exceeded our expectations. Thanks for building our dream home!

We built our home with Brightwater during 2020. We loved the entire process from the realtor on site, the amazing designer that helped me plan our home, our builder, the crews/ contractors that were used to the closing attorney. We love our home and the fact that Brightwater cares about conserving the beauty of this property. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
