In the past 12 years, Calais Custom Homes has built two homes for us. In each project, Mr. Handwerk assisted with lot selection; architect selection and designer selection. From that point, the process was handed off to a professional project manager who handled the daily tasks all while communicating with us on a daily basis. There are quite a number of decisions in building a custom home and the Calais Custom Home team made sure that the process was smooth and as "stress free" as possible. I cant say that a 3rd home is in our future, but if that situation presents itself, the construction sign for Calais Custom Homes will again be on display.

Todd Handwerk, Michael Reeder and Todd Stone worked with us to build our home in Colleyville in 2005. It was such a great experience. The whole team is extremely professional, the project ran on time, and they always went the extra mile to make sure things were done right. Would definitely use them again! In addition to all that I still consider them a resource after nearly 12 years!
