My husband and I went under contract on a Cimarron home when it was just a foundation in June 2020 and the home was completed and we moved in November 2020. We worked with Nicole and we have even kept in touch a bit. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. The build was pretty smooth and the home came together nicely. It is a green certified home and our energy bills are lower than we have had for smaller homes in the past. I loved working with Cimarron because they are a smaller, local builder. Highly recommend, we would 100% use them again!
