From the Quality to the professionalism, Cumberland Homes has been amazing to work with! We are so pleased with our newest home and even more so with the response of Cumberland Homes, to fix minor issues, which are always expected with new builds. They have been extremely responsive and super easy to work with! Tiffany is always checking back with us to see if we were taken care of and very easy to reach, which alleviates any concern on our side. The owner went above and beyond during closing to address an issue with Sod and made sure we were taken care of without any action from our side! We lucked out with our choice of home and would recommend Cumberland to anyone looking for their next home!
