My house was built 3 years ago and the team at Galloway homes knows what they are doing and you can trust anything they tell you. One of the differences in a Galloway Built home I can tell is how structurally sound it is. Even after 3 years there is no sign of settling even in the caulking. The house is 4900 square ft and is extremely energy efficient as well. Our average heat and air bill is only about $250 per month. I have owned homes half this size not built by Galloway that the heat and air bill was higher than this. I would strongly recommend you give Galloway Family Homes your most serious consideration when considering a builder.
