When I moved to Raleigh a couple years ago, I found a large variety of features and build quality. Aesthetics are important to me, but I’m really drawn to efficiency, style and build quality. I was close to making an offer on another new home in North Hills when I ran across their listing. Donna worked with me to see the home while she talked me through it on the phone. Five minutes into the walkthrough I was sold. Pre-insulated basement walls, spray foam insulation, whole house humidity control, LED lighting , low-e windows and so much more. Once I moved in, I further realized the attention to detail, workmanship and high quality finishes. If I ever build another home, they will be the first on my list!
