After a long and careful review of several of the local area builders, we selected Paul Taylor as our Best Value builder. This home represents our third custom-built home and has certainly proven to be the most enjoyable and memorable. Thats not to say that all went perfectly smooth with no glitches and/or modifications, however the manner in which the builder dealt with us was reflective of a true professional; the lines of communication were always open and very well-orchestrated between the builder himself, our sales rep, the design centre and even amongst some of the subcontractors of whom we would frequently solicit trade secret opinions and ideas. From the very first meeting with the builder, we walked away feeling that we truly had made a good investment. Looking back on the various stages of the process, that feeling only grew stronger with each day that passed. We are sincere in our recommendation for Paul Taylor Homes as your custom-home builder.

This was our first build, and we had a very good experience through the build process with Paul Taylor Homes. The sales staff was very helpful in making suggestions about adjusting the floorplanning in areas that we had not considered, and giving advice on how to optimally place the house on the lot. And the builder would follow through on any item we wanted to get addressed and was thorough in checking on the quality of the contractor's work. And if there were adjustments or additions we would ask for during the build, they were very accomodating in making the changes and offering advice on any changes. The design center staff was very knowledgeable and would also explain our options very well, and would follow-up very quickly on any questions we would send through email. And after closing, we were very satisfied with the warranty department; anything we brought up would be addressed in a very timely manner, and there was good communication from the warranty department. We would definitely recommend Paul Taylor Homes, and would build with them again.

We got extreme value for our money and this home is a fantastic investment. All the bells and whistles (crown molding, hand scraped flooring, etc) and Paul Taylor homes are willing to let you amend and customize your home to your desire. They are also very easy and willing to work with you throughout the construction process. I can't say enough how nice it was to work with a sales staff that was very friendly and put you at ease every time you saw them or had a question. The only thing you need to understand in this home building process is you need to know and do your research on what you want in your home. The builder will help you with this but cannot anticipate your every desire and the ramifications of it. I would definitely build again with Paul Taylor homes and just love my new home!
