Mark Richardson has served as President/CEO since 2011, while his sister, Angie West, has served as Treasurer/CFO since 2019. Their father, Allen Richardson, serves as chairman of the board and their mother, Ann Richardson, serves as board member. Mark, Allen, and Ann are alumni of “Leadership Gwinnett” and remain dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Gwinnett County and surrounding areas by building communities that complement the environment with homes of distinction, value, and award-winning design. Building communities in the Greater Gwinnett County area is a passion for RHG. The company’s tradition of workmanship and attention to detail has earned it several awards and commendations over the years. “Being recognized by industry experts and among our outstanding per group is a very significant accomplishment and reflects the priority we place on quality and innovation,” said Mark Richardson after a win from the OBIE Awards, presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Their community involvement extends beyond building homes, however. In 2021, the company created the Richardson Family Foundation in partnership with the Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia. In addition to supporting local philanthropic causes, the RHG Scholarship Fund will award scholarships to local students enrolled in technical or trade programs.
