We began considering new construction after seeing many friends spend months, if not a year, putting in offer after offer on homes, only to be outbid by all-cash buyers or developers. We knew going in that working with a builder came with its own unique set of issues, so we prepared ourselves for what we believed would be six months of conflict and anxiety. To our delight, the building process with our Sunset Terrace team was low-stress and more fun than anything! We bought our home during initial construction phase so we were able to see the materials and techniques used during construction and were happy to see that not only were the materials high quality, the skills used were as well. For anyone considering joining the Sunset Terrace community, if you are looking for high-end and peaceful living, this is the place for you.

Be prepared to be surprised. Quality throughout, friendly and professional guidance and support from the developer and builder from beginning to end. If there are any issues, follow up is quick and complete. As for the townhome itself, I am so pleased with the great use of space; it’s ideal for a single person, couple, or small family. I really like the open floor plan and the unique ‘garage’ door in the living area, a brilliant concept and amazing conversation piece. Everyone who has visited loves it. I considered many other properties, but Terrace TownHomes offered the kind of community living that suited me perfectly
