Vale-Irvin Homes was formed in 2005 by longtime friends Andrew Irvin and Edwin Vale Jr. With their unique skill sets in construction and design, Andrew and Edwin set out to build homes with innovative style, great utility, and lasting quality...Hence the sloga...n, "Built For Life". Vale-Irvin Homes experienced great success in the first year and grew exponentially each of the first five years to become one of the largest independently owned home builders in Texas.Andrew left the company to return to his commercial steel construction firm to work full time with his sons. In 2014 facing the challenge to find homesites to build on, Vale-Irvin began developing its own communities. In 2017, the 1000th Vale-Irvin Home was built. Today, Vale-Irvin Homes is building in company owned communities in Salado and Georgetown.

My husband and I recently had a home built by Vale-Irvin Homes. We first saw one of their homes that was for sale and loved the style, attention to detail and the uniqueness of the home. We decided to meet with their Office Staff to find out how to go about having one of their homes built for us. Tammy, the Office Manager, was informative and answered all our questions. We were able to choose the lot that we wanted, from what they had available at the time and were able to make minor modifications to the floor-plan to fit our families preference and keep most of the trees on the property. We were told by the Owner, Eddie Vale that our home would take about 4 months from the beginning of the process to the amazing end result. It was ready when he said it would be and we were thrilled!! Throughout the process, Eddie and his team were pleasant to work with and very responsive to questions, concerns and issues. After the project was complete there were a few minor items that needed to be addressed and the Vale-Irvin team addressed them completely and in a timely fashion. We have had several compliments on the house and absolutely love it! If you are looking for a beautiful home at a fair price, call Vale-Irvin Homes.

My wife and I looked for a long time for a custom builder in the Georgetown area. When we stumbled upon Vale-Irvin, we found that several of their standard features were optional features with other builders. After meeting with Tammy and Eddie we decided to move forward, and extremely glad that we did. Our home is beautiful, with a large lot that would cost much more elsewhere. The attention to detail was amazing and the process was extremely seamless. Eddie Vale takes a personal interest in each home whether it is one of his spec homes that he is building to sell, or one that you start from scratch after selecting a beautiful lot. You will not be disappointed if you chose Vale-Irvin Homes, we surely aren't.

We found Vale Irvin Homes in May of 2020. I am so glad that we did! We contracted with Eddie immediately after meeting with him. He was extremely personable and accommodating. This is a man that TRULY loves to build homes and give folks everything they can dream of. He allowed me to design my own floor plan and built our house beyond our expectations! It is absolutely beautiful. The Lost Quarry subdivision that he bought and created is one of the most beautiful pieces of property in Georgetown. Lots are wooded with GORGEOUS towering live oaks. Eddie's house was a turn key deal. We got to build our custom home without the hassle of buying property; then getting a building loan; then refinancing into a mortgage; etc... We just came to an agreement for a home plan, paid a modest down payment, and let Eddie do his thing. (Completed our home in 7 months from ground breaking in the midst of labor shortages and commodity restraints from COVID 19). When we closed, our house was complete, our acre lot was sodded, irrigated, landscaped, and all trees were trimmed. I love my new home and cannot thank Vale-Irvin Homes enough for the paradise he created for me and my family. We will create so many memories here. Well done Eddie!! Thank you so much!
