Starting in 1999, Kirby began building homes on the side while he was a concrete estimator full-time. In 2003, Kirby and Christine chose to open up their bus...iness of building dream homes for their customers. Each and every year since the company has grown and served more customers than the prior year. Starting with only 3 specs homes, Vintage Custom Homes, LLC. now builds over 50 homes a year.
