We purchased our home in August 2018 and absolutely love it. We chose to upgrade several of our features and everything turned out better than we could have anticipated. As with anything, problems and concerns arose but were handled very well. Any concerns we had during the construction and after we moved in were addressed and corrected to our satisfaction. We already lived in the neighborhood so we were able to be onsite whenever we wanted and record progress of the construction as it went along. Being first-time home builders/buyers we had tons of questions and concerns but I was pleasantly surprised with the office staff, Christi, and the promptness of her responses via phone or email. She was able to alleviate a lot of our concerns very quickly. She was also relatively new to the company when we started the process back in March, but was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the interior and exterior design and customization of our home. The office is super close to all the new construction which is very helpful when we walked through the construction, checked on the progress or needed help. Wyldewood also made all the legal and finalization paperwork simple and quick. It Turned out to be easier and quicker than buying a car!

Wyldewood homes is more than a builder it’s a community, though they work hard to build they also take time to pause. In our fast past hurry up and finish world, it’s the pauses that make the difference. Each week Wyldewood’s team meet to go through each house, to know exactly where they are and where they are going next in the process. As a team, they regularly take time to pray over every house and the people that will live in it. They are thorough and everyone greets you with a warm sense of gratitude. When you take ownership of your new beautifully built home, the relationship doesn’t end there. Roughly a year after we moved in we encountered quiet a scary incident regarding the wellbeing of my husband. Knowing that Wyldewood has a strong team of prayer warriors, I sent the owner a prayer request. Not only did they pause their meeting and pray, throughout the next 24 hours, I received random messages that I was not praying alone. My husband and I were so grateful. I highly recommend you look into them for yourselves, you will be greatly satisfied.
