Everything on the price list is Base Price, pick their lot which could or couldn’t have a premium, and then they would go to the design center. Build time is 8-10 months. HOA dues: $600.00 annually for North Creek, $150.00 monthly for townhomes, and $895 a year to Nexton for Administration.
